Our Company
Fish Tech Outfitters was established in 1996 by Byron, DeEtte and Jim Gunderson, Mickey Anderson, and Brian Jarvis. It became one of Utah's premier fly fishing and tackle stores by selling quality equipment at fair prices, and for its staff of friendly and professional fishing experts.
The business was sold in 2023 to long-time Fish Tech customers Stirling and Casey Broadhead (father and son). We are intent on continuing the legacy and reputation of the original founders. Our products and expertise cover fresh and saltwater fishing, warm and cold-water fishing, flyfishing, spinning and trolling, ice fishing and bait fishing.

- People are drawn to sport fishing for a variety of reasons, but principally because they enjoy it. The mission of Fish Tech Outfitters is to help our customers focus on the essence of fishing:
- Enjoyment: appreciating the beauty of nature, wildlife, air, water, sunrises and sunsets. Being away mentally and physically from the stress of daily life. Relationships: being with people we like, love, can learn from, and who may need a friend. Fixing relationships that are estranged, feeling close to God and a world that is bigger than ourselves. Conservation: preserving finite resources and the beauty of what we love for generations to come. Being good stewards and respectful citizens over land and resources we hold dear.
